We are looking for fast, reliable Bussers to join Grain and get matched with hiring restaurants across Austin. As a Busser, you keep the dining room moving, supporting servers and management to make sure every table turns quickly and every guest feels taken care of. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly between guests

• Support servers by refilling water, delivering food, and clearing plates

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area throughout service

• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep the floor moving

• Handle dishware and glassware carefully to avoid breakage

• Assist with stocking and restocking service stations

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to move quickly and stay ahead of a busy floor

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
