We are looking for energetic, personable Servers to join Grain and get matched with hiring restaurants across Austin. As a Server, you'll run your section with confidence, keep tables moving, and create a dining experience guests remember. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with accurate, helpful recommendations

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately using POS systems

• Process payments efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and split checks with precision

• Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials to enhance the guest experience

• Maintain cleanliness at tables and in the dining area throughout service

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to keep orders on pace

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; fine dining or high-volume experience is a plus

• Comfortable working with POS systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay composed during a rush

• Basic math skills for handling payments

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
